Gas shortage

I was shocked to hear Minister for the Petroleum and Natural Recourses Dr Hussain that there is no gas in this country. I feel that instead of giving this statement he should have tendered his resignation while stating that he as the head of the ministry has failed to foresee the forthcoming problem of shortage of gas. He should have, as a respectful member of the parliament, taken the blame for ill-planning on his shoulders. Because of the misery caused to the public some heads should roll. I have been hearing about the Iranian gas pipeline since last many years but the PPP government led by the incompetent ministers, have failed miserably to turn it into a reality. The government cannot blame anyone else but itself and the bad choices they have made while allocating the ministries. If the MBBS Dr, whose sole qualification is that he has been personal physician for the President, is made to head the Petroleum and Natural Resources ministry, then the results are in front of us. Gas shortage was no rocket science but still he failed. I, for one, am praying that may Allah pardon our sins and rid us of this incompetent and corrupt government; whether Nawaz or Imran or someone in uniform comes, it really does not matter to me.
