At least 18 people were injured when a passenger bus turned turtle due to overspeeding here on Monday.

Rescue sources said that a Lahore-bound passenger bus coming from Narowal overturned due to reckless driving near Kala Shah Kaku Interchange.

As a result of an accident, 18 people were injured and shifted to a local hospital for treatment.

The police after registering a case against the bus driver has started an investigation.
