A four-member PPP delegation comprising Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Babar Awan and Punjab senior provincial minister Raja Riaz Ahmed called on PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif at Raiwand on Thursday. Two sides exchanged views on various issues including misunderstanding and confusions prevailing between PPP and PML-N. Nawaz Sharif on this occasion said the success of present political set-up and government is necessary for stabilizing democracy in the country. He alleged some elements were busy in hatching conspiracies against the two parties. On the other hand, Babar Awan said that government would foil any conspiracy being hatched to destabilize the Punjab government. President Asif Ali Zardari wants to take the opposition along to fulfill people mandate and other state affairs, he said.
