PML-N MPA Hameed Nawaz Khan Tipu staged a sit-in against police behaviour and TMA Administrator Sikandar Zulqurnain Khachi at TMA Chowk.
The MPA said that he would continue sit-in till the release of TMA contractor Rai Tariq. He alleged that the Muzaffargarh Police and TMA administer involved in corruption. He said that Civil Lines Police registered a FIR within 10 minutes against the TMA contractor.
As per detail, Contractor Rai Tariq had some dispute over money matter with SDO Allah Wassaia and they exchanged some hot words against each other and used abuses language.
Meanwhile, on the complaint of SDO Administer, Civil Lines Police registered a case against the contractor and arrested him.
HE appealed Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Chief Secretary to probe into the matter and constitute a commission on the mismanagement and corruption of the TMA.
On the other hand, the DPO Rai Zameerul Haq said that complaint of SDO Allah Wasiyia TMA lodged against Rai Tariq contractor according to the role of law.
