LAHORE    -    Two women were murdered in different areas of Lahore on Saturday morning.

In the first incident, a 40-year-old woman was shot dead on resistance during a dacoity in Mughalpura area.

The victim was identified as Shaheen Bibi was visiting her sister’s house in Mughalpura when the dacoity took place. 

In the second incident, a 26-year-old woman was shot dead inside her house in Shahdara.

Unidentified attackers stormed into Tahreen’s house and shot her dead.

The police shifted the body to a hospital for post-mortem and launched an investigation into the murder.
