LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Tuesday dismissed bail of an accused of raping a six years old minor girl in Shahdara.  While dismissing the bail, Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik remarked that such criminals do not deserve relief of bail and that they should be behind bars.
Appearing before the court, counsel for accused Sabir submitted that his client was not involved in cases and the police in connivance of the complainant had implicated him.
Appearing before the court, investigation officer submitted that during investigation accused found guilty. He said he has ample proof of his involvement in the case.  At this the judge dismissed the bail application.–Staff Reporter
