Villagers pledge not to pay power bills

MANDI BAHAUDDIN - The residents of suburban village Lakhnewala protested against the prolonged electricity loadshedding and decided not to pay electricity bills.
As per detail, they expressed solidarity with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif who had decided to work at a camp office without electricity. If our CM can work without electricity at a camp they could also pull on without electricity.  They also urged the Wapda authorities to desist from sucking blood of the poor by issuing inflated bills. They wowed not to pay bills even if their electricity connection was disconnected. They claimed that they had received inflated electricity bills on the last date which had left them go nowhere. They lamented that the poor villagers were being made scapegoats to pay the price for electricity stolen by the rich elsewhere.
