SUKKUR - Saleh Patt police on Sunday claimed to have arrested two more accused involved in the murder of journalist Ajay Kumar Lalwani. The arrest came on the pointation of another accused Dr Akbar Magrio. The detainees were Syed Jameel Shah and Syed Raza Shah. Police said Kumar, aged 31, was sitting in a barbershop in Sukkur on Wednesday when unknown armed men opened fire on him, leaving him seriously injured. Lalwani, a reporter of private Royal News TV channel and Urdu language newspaper Daily Puchano, died on Thursday. The Sukkur police have constituted a team to investigate the killing of the reporter. Sukkur police said it was not immediately known if Lalwani was killed due to his journalistic work. However, further investigation into the incident was underway, the police said.
