Sialkot  -  The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested Ali Hassan Toor, the individual accused of creating a fake video of Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari that went viral. Toor was apprehended at Sialkot Airport while attempting to flee the country. The FIA has seized the suspect’s mobile phone and other documents for further examination. He has since been transferred to the FIA office for additional investigation
