Talha slams US attacks inside Pakistan

ISLAMABAD- Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Interior, Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood has condemned the recent US attacks in the tribal areas of Pakistan and said that it was decided in the joint session of the Parliament that dialogue process with Taliban would be initiated and foreign aggression against country should not be acceptable at any cost. He said that it was very painful that America also is not respecting the Pakistani Parliament. Senator Talha said that if situation in the tribal has not been change then it would create many problems for Pakistan in future. He urged upon government to change its present policy of military operation and start dialogue with the people of tribal areas for resolving the issue through peaceful way. He said that we must condemn terrorism in all its form and manifestation but should not compromise on sovereignty and integrity of the country. He said that owing to instability in the tribal areas, the entire country is suffering. He said that military operation in the tribal areas halted economic progress in the country as foreign and local investors are avoiding to invest in Pakistan.
