LAHORE - The Commissioner Karachi Winter Basketball Coaching Camp commenced at the International Abdul Nasser Basketball Court Aram Bagh, Karachi and will conclude on January 10, 2022. 
Additional Advocate General Sindh Qazi Muhammad Bashir inaugurated the camp in the presence of PPP Azad Kashmir Leader Sardar Zulfiqar Ahmed, Shahzeb Raza Advocate, Rafi Hashmat Advocate, KBBA Legal Advisor Ghulam Abbas Jamal and others were present, said Karachi Basketball Association (KBBA) President Ghulam Muhammad Khan. 
Speaking on the occasion, Qazi M Bashir said: “The services of Commissioner Karachi Iqbal Memon are unparalleled in promoting sports in Quaid-e-Azam city. The legal community appreciates the services of Commissioner Karachi in promoting healthy activities. The PPP, in all its periods, promoted sports to attract youth towards positive activities. The quotas have been settled and CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, who himself is a sportsman, is fully sponsoring sports and athletes.” 
The Additional Advocate General Sindh announced that the High Court Bar Association will organize a spectacular event of basketball event in March 2022. On this occasion, KBBA President Ghulam Muhammad Khan gave a detailed briefing about the camp and told him that the Commissioner Karachi has thanked him for his cooperation in organizing the camp. 
He said 50 players under the age of 20 are participating in the camp, where Engr Zainal Abidin Channa, Zafar Iqbal and Zahid Malik are training the players. The players are being given physical fitness training along with basketball rules and regulations.
