Police file FIR on court order after 5 months






MARDAN - On the order of district and session judge, the local police after four months registered case of stealing motorbike against unknown accused, sources said.
Akhtar Malak, son of Saeed Malak, resident of Noorman Khel, Par Hoti, submitted an application in the court of DSJ Mardan on April 9, in which he stated that unidentified persons had stolen his motorbike four months ago, but police used dealing tactics in registering the first information report (FIR) of the incident. DSJ ordered police to register the FIR of the incident.
Sources said that on the order of DSJ Par Hoti police registered FIR against unknown accused under section 380.
Meanwhile, the office-bearers of Kisan Board, KPK, on Tuesday demanded of the government to fix Rs 200 per kg rate of tobacco and select tobacco board members among the farmers. “The government is making agriculture police, govt should open it and arranged meeting with the representative of farmers in this connection.”
These views were expressed by Rizwanullah President Kisan Board, Abdus Samad Safi General Secretary and other office bearers while addressing to a press conference. They said that government should also give the status of agriculture crops to tobacco. They further said that tobacco is the important crop of KPK. They also demanded that cigarette factories should be established in KPK so that jobs could be provided to the unemployed people of province.
