RAWALPINDI  - Illegal parking places outside Jinnah Park and district courts despite “no parking” signboards are causing traffic mess on the busy roads.The motorists expressing their concerns deplored city traffic police for not taking any action against the unlawful practice that was adding to hours-long traffic jams. They said that Cantonment Board officials too were not serious to resolve the problem and the illegal activity is persisting for long now. The citizens demanded of the concerned authorities to remove the illegal parking places to ensure smooth traffic flow.
