Karachi University is a good institution with experienced and dedicated teachers but the political activities, which take place on campus, have turned this university into a violent place. There are clashes among different political parties as most have student leaders and members in student unions. Many students join these student wings of political parties, forgetting that they are there to make their future not to fight. These political parties are so powerful that even the professors are helpless in front of them, leave the university administration. The foremost sufferers of these brawls are students. The question is why does the government not taking any action against these activities? The university administration needs to make rules against such violence.
