Agha Khan Hospital is considered as one of the biggest hospital in Karachi. Despite of the fact that it has been making great efforts to provide services of international standards and it has also established credibility among general public.
Nevertheless, there is an issue, which is of great concern. Recently we had a chance to visit an eye specialist there. Despite of booking an appointment one month earlier, it took some 5 hours for us to reach the doctor. It is not the one time case. People visiting Agha Khan OPD have established this fact that it will take 5-6 hours if you have appointment. Getting time is out of question for waiting patients.
I want to draw the attention of the Agha Khan authorities towards the issue as time is one of the most crucial things for everyone. Nobody has hours to wait to see the doctor.
