STP Chairman granted protective bail 

HYDERABAD  -  The Sindh High Court (SHC) Hyderabad bench on Tuesday granted protective bail to Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party (STP) Chairman Dr Qadir Magsi in a case pertaining to violence in Bahria Town Karachi. A SHC circuit bench Hyderabad heard the bail plea filed by Magsi and granted him bail against the surety bonds of Rs25,000, separately. Magsi approached the court with the lawyers’ team and a large number of his party workers. The police were deployed outside his home and party office for a night to arrest him. Magsi was nominated in First Information Report (FIR) registered at Gadap police station on 6th June Sunday after a sit-in outside Bahria Town Karachi.
