It is the responsibility of the teacher to come at the fixed time and teach the students in a polite way. From this the students learn ways to respect their teachers. They learn to listen to the teachers. Teachers should teach in a motivational manner so that students gain confidence and are encouraged to study. These attributes are not found in teachers now a days. 

Instead of teaching in an encouraging manner, the teachers punish students as criminals and animals. Consequently, the students who are passionate about learning feel frustrated and demotivated. Now a days many students are committing suicide because of the educational system. In this Manner, some of them are giving up their education. The future of the students is also destroyed because of such irresponsible students. 

My suggestion is that Government should try to be strict with the teachers.
