Winning hearts of people
All men which are part of the governmental machinery; Police. Traffic Police, Dolphin Force , Elite Force or any other police have to come in contact with the common people. During these interaction they are expected to be polite, cooperative, helpful and courteous.
Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif quite rightly and emphatically has urged Dolphin Force personnel to win the hearts of the people by being polite and courteous when they come into contact with them.
The chief minister said this and much more while addressing passing out parade of the second batch of Dolphin Force at the Chung Police Training College in Lahore.
It is good to note that after successful launching of the Dolphin Force in Lahore , the Force has now been extended to five more districts of Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Multan and Bahawalpur.
According to the reports , the chief minister said the Dolphin Force will have to play a vital role in arresting thieves and looters to protect lives and properties of the people, hoped that newly-raised police force will improve image of the Punjab Police by winning the support and trust of the people through good performance, hard work and polite attitude. They should come up to the expectations of the people and move forward by strictly and sincerely acting on the golden principles of determination, courage and professionalism.
It is not at all difficult to win hearts of the people at large, One only has to be polite, courteous and respectful while coming into contact with people of all ages and genders while performing their assigned duties efficiently and with dedication. Dolphin Force jawans, training by officials of the Turkish National Force , while roaming around on their motor bikes should ensure the people see them performing their duties and not just indulging in free rides.
