Anwar Masood enthrals audience

SAMBRIAL-The Punjabi is not a foul language and the statement of an English medium school system about Punjabi language is not apt. Youth is not inclined towards Punjabi poetry because of English medium school systems, said famous Punjabi comic poet Anwar Masood while talking to newsmen at Bhopalwala heer the other day.
Anwar Masood had come to attend a ceremony organised by Dar-e-Arqam School Bhopalwala wherein he distributed prizes to position-holders and faculty members.
Awais Baig, Rana Obaidur Rehman, Qamaruz Zaman Fatti, Dr Ishtiaq Gondal, Prof Abdul Ghafoor and other notables of the area were guest of honour on the occasion.
On the occasion, Mr Masood won hearts of the audience through his comic poetry in his typical style. He said that that he is greatly impressed by a professor’s review about his poem ‘Bunyan’.
